Among them, Misscatylove's "Intro" stirs up the most noise with their avant-garde approach to noise and vocals. Unfortunately, they dropped out of the selection as they cannot travel to the audition place in time. The release of the names temporarily put Moldova to 1st place in the odds and I would have loved to see this song win to inspire experimental musicians to compete in Eurovision!

Quite a few of them have relatively primitive production but have some good ideas. I think they will be lifted a lot with better production that makes it sound a lot less demo-esque. Overall, I don't think there is anything here that sounds like a sure qualifier, so my 7-pointers all need a good staging to elevate them. Intro outsold all of them I fear.

Even Eurovision is very far from my music taste now, but I like Diana Rotaru's song.

 

lmao at this turning into a mess which is sorta a national final but really an internal selection because the jury will "internally select" the entry after they do their audition

Moldova has decided to send Zdob şi Zdub & Fraţii Advahov - Trenuleţul.

 

 

It's fresh but I think it's a song that'll grow with a good staging. I won't write off their chances of qualifying yet.

This was the obvious choice and it's alright if still a revamp away from reaching its full potential.

It could hardly be more different to Sugar :D

Given the disaster of a "national final" that was this is quite a tune. Could be one to watch, certainly is for my favourites list.

Zdob și Zdub are a plague upon Eurovision.
