Back with their 5th album, this incredible band from Norway deliver once again.

Following the sensational Camp Echo and Uranium Heart albums in particular this one is a similar vibe with their glorious synthy production and powerful lyrics.

Have heard a couple but none of them are as good as Autopsy I think :(

Thanks for waiting until now to post this so I didn't get vetoed :kink:

I think I'll have to give this a listen. Autopsy is a truly spellbinding moment that was beyond anything I expected from them (I do hope we get a video for it, they teased one a while back), the other two singles are decent if not quite on the same level, interested to see what else they've got!

normally a very high-quality band, I need to listen to the rest of their albums in full. 'So Cold' and 'Autopsy' and 'Can I Come Home' are doing work on here, fantastic end to the album after some powerful indie-pop to start it off.

Never heard of this group before this album dropped, gave it a spin over the weekend and wow. What a solid album.

Mother, Atomic Sparks and Autopsy were all stands outs but Can I Come Home is just *chefskiss*

I'd highly recommend 'Camp Echo' which is their magnus opus imo! Also the follow up 'Uranium Heart' was great too

Oh wow, Can I Come Home is beautiful (I would've sent that to BJSC had that came first :kink:) what an epic and uplifting ending to a rather dark and moody album  I really liked the gradual intensity build throughout the album, not all of the songs grabbed me, but it was an impressively ambitious project.
Can confirm Can I come home is extraordinary!

This has become my favourite album of the year so far. It's a total journey - culminating in *that* final two powerhouse moment. Elsewhere, 'Atomic Sparks', 'So Cold', 'Tell her yourself', 'I just moved here'... I have so many other highlights.

Their lyrics always have a sense of explosive doom/danger/sadness/pain/catastrophe. They continue that in this album with a real sense of loss and feeling like you don't belong in the face of danger. Their music is for anyone that is hurting or in need of solace in the face of sadness, I can't recommend them enough :'( this album and the preceding ones too <3
