April 4, 200718 yr here u are the whole report ;) Report s.Oliver Fashionshow & Afterparty 29/03/07 BERLIN - Linda & Amber Thursday 29th of March Very early in the morning we had to get up, our train from The Hague to Schiphol (Amsterdam) - Berlin would be leaving at 5.46 in the morning. When we arrived at Schiphol we got a call from Sylvia, she had just arrived as well. Together we went to the platform, waiting for our ICE train to arrive. We were happy because we didn't have to switch trains in this connection and we had reserved seats. 5 Minutes before the train would be arriving (06.50) we heard that the train didn't go today. Oh no, we could have known this... there is ALWAYS something wrong with the public transportation. We had to take another train to Utrecht first, and from there we could take the train to Duisburg, switch there, and take the train to Berlin. We had a delay for 2 hours already. Instead of arriving at 13:15, we would arrive at 15:15. Men, we were pissed off. Luckily we were together with Sylvia, being extremely funny. After being so loud in our Schiphol-Utrecht connection, we saw a big S on the window suddenly, which ment we were sitting in a silence coupé... OOPS! We called Corné because he was going with the same ICE train as well, but had to get in on a further station. He travelled to Utrecht as well and from there on we were with 4. In the first train we were lucky, there were seats for us next to eachother till Duisburg. From there on it was horrible. Another earlier train to Berlin had delay, so we would make it to that connection and arrive one hour earlier again. The train was too crowded. There were no seats left, and we had to sit on the floor/suitcases or just standing all the time. She had the great news that Amber could handover the cheque from €950,- for the Anastacia Fund to Anastacia. (Thanks to the sale of Resurrection/the biddings and generous gifts). When there was just one hour left there were finally some empty seats for us. Sylvia got asked again if she could stop being so loud (LOL) and Linda and Amber were relaxing in a few seats further. About 14.15 we arrived at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central station) and we figured out how we got to our hotels. Sylvia and Corné were in the same hotel and Linda and Amber in hotel close to theirs. We dropped our suitcases and went together sightseeing.. LOL No just kidding. We went to the A-hotel (which was very close to Lin&Am's hotel) and soon enough we saw some fans already. We met the woman from s.Oliver and afterwards Ka and Vido arrived as well! Corné, Sylvia, Linda and I went to the s.Oliver store and afterwards we had a bite at Mac Donald's. All of us, exept for Corné couldn't eat very much... For me that was because of some little nerves. We got a sms from MJ, Marijn and Stefanie, they arrived as well! We went back to the hotel to take a shower and dress ourselves up for the party! The planning had a huge delay and Anastacia arrived more than one hour later. It was very cold and we really wanted to get in. Anastacia's entrance was very cool, she drove herself in a big white Rolls Royce to the entrance. Got out together with Wayne, waved to her fans and walked directly to the red carpet to take pictures. On the other side of the red carpet were some fans as well, overthere she stopped to sign, but at the other fences she didn't take time to stop. That was a pity, because she could have give them some attention as well. All the fans had been waiting for hours. It was kinda diva. But maybe the reason was she had a delay already or maybe the fences weren't save. Some Italians who were no fans started booing at Anastacia, and some say that someone called Wayne a monkey. We didn't hear that. But that's rude, assholes! All the fans who had tickets for the fashionshow were inside already before Anastacia arrived. After waiting a long time again, Amber got picked up and went inside. Fans like Marijn, Linda and Tiphaine were still outside in the cold.. also when it had been 22:00 already. With their good behaviour AND tickets they couldn't go inside while some others just walked trough and weren't sent back. Really stupid and not friendly. Not well organised as well. Linda and Marijn were a bit pissed off. I totally understand. When Amber was inside she met some other fans who won a Meet&Greet at the radio station. They were from Berlin. She saw inside some angry press.. they said they were bad treated and went away. Amber didn't have acces to the fashion show, but placed herself between the press. Some press went away so Amber stood next to the camera in the front at the end of the catwalk. The fashionshow was very nice, cool clothing and cool styles. At the end Anastacia appeared and thanked everybody. (Not more than a minute so in case of Ana you didn't really miss anything if you were not there). Amber still didn't have her meeting, she went having a drink first at the Afterparty area and finally Linda and Marijn got in. They were a bit pissed off because they couldn't go inside but when they had their first drinks they became very happy!!! LOL Amber went upstairs with the lady from s.Oliver and the other Meet & Greeters (4) and they set ourselves in a beautiful room (in style of the currecnt photoshoot). The room had a huge plasma screen with video footage of the shoot. The 2nd bodyguard asked Amber if she could come over to the course so that Wayne (who stood at the end of the course) could see Amber, so that he knows she's from the donation. The bodyguard said very loud: THIS IS AMBER, SHE'S DOING THE DONATION!!! Wayne: Ah GREAT AMBER!!! Then Amber could go back to the others and wait for Anastacia to arrive. When Anastacia arrived she said very cute hello to everybody, Amber was the first one to meet her so she grabbed the Cheque and got ready. Amber telling about the Meet & Greet Anastacia walked in the room and stood next to me before a big Anastacia by s.Oliver background. I said: "Hey Ana I have a donation for you.. I decided to do the sale of your perfume Resurrection in Holland, and instead of keeping the profits myself I decided to donate it to the Anastacia Fund. So we raised *showing Anastacia the cheque* €950." Then Anastacia said: "Wow..this is so great.." She saw on the cheque: "Anastacia Fanily is proud to donate the amount of €950,- " Then she said: "I recognize your face, you're one of the front row girls!!!" And then somehing about the banner: "you're from the banner of the tour.." so I said: "yes the Survivor Chick one!" Then she said: "yes, survivorchick!" So then she said, "wow €950,- is so much money! (I had the ammount in dollars very small underneath it) Really every dollar counts, but this is amazingly much money." So I said that she puts so much efforts in raising money with T-shirts and Cd's so that we can help her too! She said: "Ahh that's so nice!" At the same time the s.Oliver photographer took many pictures. * I think it will take a while before I get them but I will post them as soon as possible* Then I said, "yes it is a lot of money, it was hard to get this much together". Then she thanked me many times and I said: "It's not just from me, but from everyone who joined the project." And I said: "downstairs at the party, all the Dutchies who joined the project are wearing Pink Ribbons!" Then she said she had seen some already She was really gratefull. And then I said: "You got the Resurrection party book about two weeks ago right?!" And then she said: "Yes it was so funny to see all the cardboards of myself in real size." And she laughed. I can't really remember everything she said, because it's so amazing standing next to her. Looking in her eyes, looking at her face, and then concentrating on what she says.. and trying to say something in correct English back. But she thanked many times and then she had to go further with the other 4 'fans' so she introduced herself, shaked hands and signed for them. During that she saw herself on the screen behaving really crazy at the photoshoot. So she said: Oh my god, I'm behaving so crazy ..that's not me, who is she? Hahahaa... So I said: yes that's you, you're always crazy! There was a guy from Turkey and Anastacia said: "where are you from?" So he said: "From Turkey, but I live in Berlin. We are all from Berlin, only she (Amber) is from Holland!" then Ana said something but I can't remember what. Then they wanted to make a groupspicture, and afterwards she gave two kisses!!! Yay Then Wayne came to me and said he found it so amazing that I donated the money, and he asked if they could keep the cheque, so I said of course! Then Ana was meeting some "important"people from s.Oliver.. like: HEY I'm your blabla manager.. and this is my husband.. blabla. But Ana was funny as always. And she said she had meetings like this room after room... she had about 5 rooms left.. press/interviews etc. During her other meetings I realised I didn't get a signed picture yet not that I need it but I felt so sorry for Linda that just one of us could go to meet Anastacia. And Linda is part of it too.. So I asked the lady from s.Oliver if Anastacia could sign it for Linda, instead of for me. But Anastacia was busy so she said, is it okay if I send it to you? But Shawn saw it already and asked me if Ana had to sign it, so I said.. Yes, but not for me.. Linda is part of the donation as well and she couldn't meet Ana here, so it would be great for her to have a signed picture. So she said: Okay, so you want Linda her name instead of yours? So I said: yes please so she took antoher picture and let Anastacia sign both of them..while I was standing next to Ana. How lovely from her! When she was finished she turned around and thanked me again, and she said it was so great. So I said: You're welcome, you are very special The last thing I asked was if she would be going to the afterparty and she said she was! Then we went downstairs again and I was hoping Linda and Marijn were happier. So when I arrived I saw everybody with pillows under their arms... LOL!! There was a big A on it so it was a HOT item. I saw Linda and Marijn and they had such a smile on their face that I knew.. okay they've had some drinks already while I was meeting ANA..LOL So they were in a very good mood and Linda said she couldnt have a drink anymore . "Am, ik mag niks meer hoor" So I said: OKAY! let's get some drinks.. so I ordered two vodka (those drinks were 3double at least). I put the pillow in my bag and out my stuff in the wardrobe. Linda was happy with the signed picture From that monent on the party really started for me! When I saw Corné he screamed: HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY Amber!! So I knew he had a few drinks alreeady too. Marijn was getting Mojito's for us and we laughed our a*s off. We took some pics!! So they were all saying.. okay I'm drunk and Anastacia is here. Anastacia thanked everyone, and we sang WE ARE FANILY!! (Ok peeps, it's time for something new... don't ya think?) But it was nice!!! I can't really remember if she said anything particulair, thanks to the drinks. But it was great looking at her. And seeing her looking at you too. Afterwards Anastacia was partying upstairs and we were having so much fun! She was waving a few times Shawn and Wayne crossed the crowd downstairs and I told Shawn I was so happy that I finally could handover the cheque to Anastacia, and that we were in Hannover 2 weeks ago (she knew) and that it failed overthere. She said she was happy too, and that it was great to donate it. Then I asked her about the new album and she said: after the wedding! Oh and I remember telling her that we like Wayne very much, that he is so nice, and she said she likes Wayne too and that he is great for Anastacia! When I saw Wayne I asked him if Linda could meet ANA because she is part of the donation too. Everybody wanted to go upstairs after Ka and Vido got there, lucky bast*rds Wayne said Anastacia was having a nice party finally after years and that he wanted her to enjoy herself and have a nice time. So I said we understood and that we hope she's having a fab. time! He was very grateful for that he said! later on he came to Linda and said to her that he promised the next time he would arrange something for her. He said it twice because Linda had this much drinks that she barely understood what he was saying. And just was like: aha, aha, totally yes all the time. So I said: wow that's great! Thank you! And some other details: Marijn dropped some mojito's on the floor a several times, just like Ronald. I was walking with Ronald on the catwalk and Corné couldn't sit anymore without falling off.... LOL!!! Linda was being extremely funny as well and Sylvia who didn't have drinks and Esther had a good laugh at us. Even the s.Oliver peeps were (lightly) drunk. She signed Linda her pillow and my fashion diary. When she saw my face again she was like: HEY you're still here. Then I quickly walked to the other side where she would be walking trough when she left, and when she crossed it I said Ana.. then she took my hand, and I said I want to tell you something really special.. you brought us together! (Linda and I) so she smiled and said: YAY!!:) But I don't know if she got it, cuz I don't know if Linda stood next to me and it went quick. But this was a great great great evening!!! I'm looking forward to the next partyyy! Not everything was well organised but they learned from it We had a fabolous time! The next moring 30/03/07 We got to bed around 5 in the morning and woke up around 8.30 again. We called Sylvia and she was awake already and Corné got out bed at 9 in the morning! At 9.30 we had breakfast, we were broken.. So they were all saying.. okay I'm drunk and Anastacia is here. Anastacia thanked everyone, and we sang WE ARE FANILY!! (Ok peeps, it's time for something new... don't ya think?) But it was nice!!! I can't really remember if she said anything particulair, thanks to the drinks. But it was great looking at her. And seeing her looking at you too. Afterwards Anastacia was partying upstairs and we were having so much fun! She was waving a few times Shawn and Wayne crossed the crowd downstairs and I told Shawn I was so happy that I finally could handover the cheque to Anastacia, and that we were in Hannover 2 weeks ago (she knew) and that it failed overthere. She said she was happy too, and that it was great to donate it. Then I asked her about the new album and she said: after the wedding! Oh and I remember telling her that we like Wayne very much, that he is so nice, and she said she likes Wayne too and that he is great for Anastacia! When I saw Wayne I asked him if Linda could meet ANA because she is part of the donation too. Everybody wanted to go upstairs after Ka and Vido got there, lucky bast*rds Wayne said Anastacia was having a nice party finally after years and that he wanted her to enjoy herself and have a nice time. So I said we understood and that we hope she's having a fab. time! He was very grateful for that he said! later on he came to Linda and said to her that he promised the next time he would arrange something for her. He said it twice because Linda had this much drinks that she barely understood what he was saying. And just was like: aha, aha, totally yes all the time. So I said: wow that's great! Thank you! And some other details: Marijn dropped some mojito's on the floor a several times, just like Ronald. I was walking with Ronald on the catwalk and Corné couldn't sit anymore without falling off.... LOL!!! Linda was being extremely funny as well and Sylvia who didn't have drinks and Esther had a good laugh at us. Even the s.Oliver peeps were (lightly) drunk. We got some packages with goodies, which included: Anastacia t-shirt, mints, thingy for your nails, fashion diary, keychain, etc http://img115.imageshack.us/img115/7562/goodiesyk4.jpg At the end when most fans and other peeps left already Anastacia came down again (4.15 am) to sign for everybody and have some little chats. She signed Linda her pillow and my fashion diary. When she saw my face again she was like: HEY you're still here. Then I quickly walked to the other side where she would be walking trough when she left, and when she crossed it I said Ana.. then she took my hand, and I said I want to tell you something really special.. you brought us together! (Linda and I) so she smiled and said: YAY!!:) But I don't know if she got it, cuz I don't know if Linda stood next to me and it went quick. But this was a great great great evening!!! I'm looking forward to the next partyyy! Not everything was well organised but they learned from it We had a fabolous time! The next moring 30/03/07 We got to bed around 5 in the morning and woke up around 8.30 again. We called Sylvia and she was awake already and Corné got out bed at 9 in the morning! At 9.30 we had breakfast, we were broken.. Pity! The 2nd day after, 31/03/07 That evening we went very early to bed, (21.30) and we woke up the next morning at 9.15. We were still not 100% clear...stubbon drinks We went into the city again, had lunch and got home that day.
