Yesterday at 17:591 day I’ve gotta say BSI merch are appalling! My orders are wrong and I’ve sent pictures, had the head of customer service reply and say ‘We’re looking into it’ 24 hours ago. Now they’ve put up the green vinyl bundles and I’m still without a green vinyl. I’ve got two alternate marble covers instead of a standard marble / Alt and one of the signed vinyl’s is missing the signed art card. I feel like they’re hoping I just go away :/
