Eminem files for divorce - again

 

Rapper Eminem has divorced wife Kim for the second time - less than three months after they were remarried.

 

The controversial hip-hop star has filed for divorce in Michigan, claiming "a breakdown in the marriage relationship" only 82 days after their second wedding.

 

 

The court papers state: "The objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved."

 

 

Eminem first married Kimberley Anne Scott in 1999, but they were divorced in 2001 after the star had penned songs fantasising about her death. He also got a tattoo reading "Kim, rot in pieces" on his chest.

 

 

But in a shock move, they remarried on January 14 this year at a stately home in the grounds of Detroit's Oakland University - but the reunion was short-lived.

 

 

Dennis Dennehy of Eminem's record label, Interscope-Geffen Records, said: "I can confirm the divorce papers have been filed. Beyond that we have no comment."
