Beyonce did write Listen...

The oscars only credit the 3 main writers on the song, and Beyonce did the least of the 4 creditors so drops off the list.

seen it yesterday at cinema

it blew me away, bloody amazing,

ive got to say that the star for me was Jennifer Hudson, when she sang 'And im telling you im not going' i had huge shivers up my body and tears in my eyes, amazing.

she really should release some music.

Beyonce was also brilliant and a better actress than i would have thought

I also watched it yesterday.. I did like it but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. The music in it was cool tho, I like "Move", "Dreamgirls" and "One Night Only". Beyonce was actually better in this that I thought she would be and Jennifer Hudson was amazing, and yes she was better than B.

I saw it on Friday and loved it. The begnning was a little slow and Bey had a bigger part near the end of the movie, but it was all gd. The performances was brilliant. There was sooo many I loved but I loved all of the Dreamettes and when Eddie Murphy sang Jimmy got soul' lol

I think I'll get the soundtrack, and when JHud sang And I'm telling you, damn that girl can sing her arse of. I don' think Bey was the main actress in regard to this film, but hopefully she'll get another film next time where she'll be the main star, then we can see more of her acting.

And how funny was it whn Bey swore near the end of the film haha, she sonded...different.

I always knew Beyonce was beautifl, but in the film she looked gorgeous. Even at the beginning when she was wearing no make-up and had those eyebrows on, she didn't look that bad.

Yh I'm hoping there'll be some bonus part like the making of certain sections of the movie
Its missed out on the big catagories but I just hope it wins some awards

Lol the swearing part made me laugh cus I really wasn't expecting it at all, and she sounded dumb saying it.

The swearing part was ODD. It just didn't suit her at all.

The film however is AMAZING. SERIOUSLY one of my faves ever. Everything about it.

The OST is great too!

Jennifer Hudson.. WOW! And Beyonce obviously.

I downloaded this last night, about to watch now. :o

$92,748.249 so far in USA

$102,735,517 Worldwide so far

I saw the film today and it is soooooooooooooooo amazing!! Loved it, loved the music and loved the cast, especially Beyonce and Jennifer! :D One of my fave films ever I think. Might even go and watch it again! Will be buying the soundtrack tomorrow!

tell us what you thought

I can't believe i'm actually saying this, but I really didn't like it.

I found it boring, I felt it dragged on too long, Beyoncé played a really good part don't get me wrong, and the story was good, trying to expose the industry for what it is and all that, but I really just didn't like it. Definately left open for a sequel though. I didn't even think the music (aside from Listen) was very good either. However credit where it's due, Jennifer Hudson sang her heart out in what was an extremely powerful performance, reminded me a bit of Aretha Franklin.
