Soul Sound, Shape, In The Middle and Denial would be fab, but voted for Shape.

Ha ha ha ha I mean horrible idea, but a part of me soooo wants to see it ha ha.

From these choices I would choose Shape

As much as I love Siobhan (she is my fave of the 6 and her solo material is greatly under appreciated), it still feels odd to me when she performs post album 1 songs

Would love to hear In The Middle again, almost entirely for Mutya's verse.

Have no desire to hear any 3.0 material beyond the About You Now snippet.

I like soul sound, but would think it's a little dull for the stage. However, I would be open to it if they did a fresh spin on it.
I could see Soul Sound being re-worked a bit with the live band adding an extra oomph to it to be honest. Though I'm not sure how much they themselves like it - has it even been performed since the absolutely earliest 2.0 days? I get that it wasn't a hit, but still.

I'd like to see Soul Sound in their live sets again, but like you said, I don't think they're so keen on it. Didn't they fight for Promises to be the fourth single and the label (obviously) overruled them? And then there's that interview from a year or two ago where they discussed feeling uncomfortable with the more 'smiley' image forced upon them in the video.

All of them really bar Soul Sound and Girls.
Change is unashamedly my favourite Sugababes song so I’d love to hear them do this.
