Arsenal's big problem will be they need to get 90+ points -which I don't think they will get if they get any injuries or loss of form (which will happen). They also have all their "big" games away from home in the run-in too. Probably have to beat City or ensure they don't lose both games as well.

No way Arsenal are winning the title this season but they probably will get top 4 unless their form collapses massively in the 2nd half of the season. I think Man City will be about 15 points at least ahead by the end of the season. On the subject of Arsenal they seem to have played an abnormal amount of home games so far this season, feels like they play at home every week

Ashley Young has scored his first goal for Aston Villa since May 2011.

Steven Gerrard says he needs his Aston Villa players to become "headline writers" if they are to improve on their disappointing early-season form.

Villa missed the opportunity to move up to ninth in the Premier League with Monday's 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest.

While Villa are unbeaten in four, they have managed just seven goals from their nine top-flight matches so far.

"The important thing is how I get this team to be more potent," Villa boss Gerrard told Sky Sports.

I suppose the Wolves board are pining for the time when they finished 7th and were the furthest thing from relegation candidates. Seems a pretty facile decision to return to Nuno.

150m spent and Nottingham Forest waited 80 odd mins before bringing on their 18m striker.

Villa seem to be exactly what they were a year ago. A team struggling to define itself having been promoted, stayed up by the skin of their teeth and lost its key player

Everton could have played all night without another shot, never mind a goal

Fulham XI: Leno; De Cordova-Reid, Diop, Ream, Robinson; Reed, Palhinha; Willian, Andreas, Kebano; Mitrovic.

Aston Villa XI: Martinez; Konsa, Mings, Bednarek, Young; Ramsey, Luiz, McGinn; Bailey, Watkins; Ings.

He had to go really, he'd lost the fanbase and I do think Beale was his tactics man (although I really rate Critchley too who he brought in), he was very highly thought of at Liverpool. Can see Marsch being the next one to go as the same atmosphere is bubbling over at Leeds now as well..

Dominic Calvert-Lewin could hardly have done more to impress the watching Southgate.
By only drawing at Southampton Arsenal have missed out on being the first top-flight team to win all their games under a single Prime Minister
