Russia might have paid Eurovision to not let Ukraine host it and instead give it to the UK, Russia's satellite in all but name. Fraud seems to have been committed to place UK in the 2nd place too (Spain would have been 2nd if they had not interfered in the voting, but I guess Spanish politicians aren't more corrupted than the UK's cons), for the sake of appearance in going to the next one.
