But i never really liked Never Too Far :P

I agree with the first one, Bringin' On The Heartbreak is one of my favourite Mariah songs ever, it's sung with such passion towards the end, love it.

 

I don't really like Never Too Far though, when I first heard it I hated it, but I think once you've seen Glitter it kind of makes sense, but still not one of my favourites.

I LOVE Bringin' On The Heartbreak too, as Kelly said, it has such passion and is one of my favourite Mariah songs. I don't like the normal version of Never Too Far, it's ok, but not amazing. HOWEVER, the Never Too Far/Hero Medley is AMAZING!

I don't really like either of those two songs.

 

I think 'Loverboy' and 'Open Arms' are quite underrated. One is a fun pop song, like many Mariah lead singles; the other is a cover of a rock powerballad, like 'Without You' and '...Heartbreak'. Yet no-one seems to like them as much.

 

Oh and 'Someday' and 'Love Takes Time' did not deserve to be such flops in this country.

Agree! Love Takes Time is lovely, and Someday is good! Loverboy didn't deserve all the c**p it got either, I thought it was good!

Yes i'll agree with that one! But to be honest, I love all of Glitter bar 1 songs or something... :unsure:

I think Never Too Far is underated but not Bringin On the Heartbreak as its very bleak.

 

As for overrated Mariah songs, 'One Sweet Day' & 'Heartbreaker' arent as good as people say.

It is a bit, but i like that song - i like the other two but they arent as good as people think.

Make It Happen should of done better than it did to and There's Got To Be A Way.

I really like 'Thank God I Found You' but I think there are far better songs. I don't know why it's quite as popular on this forum, and others, as it is.

I think 'Anytime You Need A Friend' is VERY underrated.

Its one of favourite Mariah songs by far.

As for albums:

 

Glitter is underrated and Rainbow is extremely overrated.

Daydream is probably her best album.

Anytime You Need A Friend is under rated! But it was the 4th single from an album with Dreamlover, Hero and Without You :lol:

 

 

I think Glitter is under rated too, but I disagree with Rainbow being over rated :o

I Think Emotions is way underated, i personally LOVE It :wub:
