I've never heard anything so obnoxious in all my life! If you don't like reading comments that aren't in agreeance with your views, just dont open the thread.

But the tour sales don't reflect on album sales. Mcfly have some of the worst selling #1s of all time and their last album flopped..

Chill out love, people are entitled to their opinions.

My point exactly. Some people only seem to think people are entitled to opinions if their opinions are the same as theirs.

I know. I was referring to your comment that ticket sales will drop if singles dont sell well.

Well that's what I predict, the sales will continue to decline and the sales will drop. Then they won't even be given the option to do tours and will therefore be dropped.

so yet the album was out in nov but tickets were released 18th dec and still sold out.Sales will improve i've got this feeling mcfly and the mangement are on t the case and will have it all sorted

how can you say the album flopped when its still on the chart and has gone up a little.ok maybe a chart run of 6-22-40-51-53 and 49 in the mids is bad but their are worse didin't son of dork chart at 35 then out and their not dropped they have released tickets for a tour next year 145,000 was about the same as wonderland at this time in the release and yet that still sold over 300,000 copies.People seem to put mcfly down alot

Well they need to get onto it quickly, the last album failed to set the chart alight either, and this one is doing worse again.

How many singles have they had from this album now? How many decent tracks on the album do they have left to save the album with?

I don't like McFly, but regardless of that, I highly doubt they will be able to turn Motion In The Ocean around now.

Well if they have some more standout tracks then there's hope I guess.

But with only 1 more single to release (even releasing 5 tracks is pushing it) they're going to have to make it a stormer of a single.

With the next album they should release a good track then the album then another and no double asides

I agree, but this is looking to be another lacklustre album performance by McFly, it's all good and well having good concert sales, but when your albums are underperforming (2 in a row now) how many more chances will they get?

in 2007 i think it would be great if mcfly found a new label and try different things

The last two albums have been really good but i do admit they have released the wrong sort of songs

They do have a lot of songs good songs they could release but it just doesn't seem to happen

I think the next album will be the one that will change things for them

I'd say the sales for the first album were passable (just), Wonderland was quite an underperformance and in my honest opinion, Motion In The Ocean will probably skim past 200k for total sales.

Considering their tours have sold-out, album sales are pretty c**p.
