  • He's been on par with Chelsea's Robert Sanchez this season who is also shockingly mistake-prone for a 'top' team. At least they've had the foresight to kick him out of the team (even though the backup

Then sell players? Instead of cutting hundreds of necessary jobs. It just defies logic. He’s turning Man Utd into a small-team off the pitch as well

Nobody wants them though and you’re selling at a loss, hence why it became almost impossible to shift Rashford. All these flops are on huge congrats that are not worth the sums paid, so nobody can afford the players wages.

Also the irony is as well by all scouts take someone like Antony who’s performing way better than he did at Utd. Early days, but probably just shows the rot is way deeper. Almost looks like the pressure is too much for a lot of players or there’s a horrible culture inside.

Can they not be recalled?

Probably not I suspect, not sure United need them recalled anyway. It's better longer term for them to be playing regularly and hope someone takes a punt on them. The league is pretty much pointless at this point and the Europa League is what they should be concentrating on.

No they cannot be recalled. I’m sure Amorim will play Dalot as a right winger in Amad’s place. If Tottenham beat Man Utd today they overtake into 15th thankfully West Ham didn’t beat Brentford yesterday or it might be 16th
Amorim today just refused to use the youngsters despite the team being atrocious. That was a real bad look for him. You cannot be afraid to take risks. At this point hoping a young player turns out amazing is all Man Utd have left to go on. Hoijund would struggle to get 10 goals playing as a striker for Celtic in the SPL
Pretty harsh on the Celts that Liam considering they are in the champions league still 🤣
Antony in great form in La Liga too at the moment  At some point, you have to wonder that the rot is so deep and the culture is so broken, or the weight of expectation is so big.

Who was the last player that actually improved when they moved to Man Utd? I bet you'd struggle to name him, even I would.

So many players join with expectations based on their stats and then their form always dips and the main reason for this, apart from the fact they don't have the right support around them on the pitch, is indeed the culture at the club. It's just so so poor and unlike any other premier league side right now.

Signing players on huge transfer fees creates an added pressure then enormous wages also can decrease motivation especially for people on their first big contract. The whole philosophy was bad.

Signing players not good enough or better than what already existed

Paying sometimes 3x their value

Giving them huge contracts where they have more money than sense and if they flop you can’t get rid of them

Antony would have been a great signing for Wolves or something like that for 25 million on 40k a week

Who was the last player that actually improved when they moved to Man Utd? I bet you'd struggle to name him, even I would.

You've literally got to go back to the Fergie era for this answer

Not really. He had one great season (which was the lockdown one with no fans) otherwise he's doing no better than he ever did at Sporting.
