Why's it such a dead week for new releases? We're in September, artists should be gearing up for their Q4 releases and giving us lead singles!

Why's it such a dead week for new releases? We're in September, artists should be gearing up for their Q4 releases and giving us lead singles!

I think it's a mix of things - the Queen's death has caused some postponing from what I know, people tend to release big singles in Q1 now, they don't want it to end up overshadowed by Christmas releases which unfortunately lasts for around 2 months and are just generally worried to release around now.

Why is Megan McKenna releasing such bland single and covers lately. She needs to go back to bops like Won't Go Back Again.
