I'm also GAGGING at Crystal Ball getting the semi draws completely right for MGP like they did with Eesti Laul, and the FALLOUT that people tried to debunk all these predictions. Even Elsie Bay said she wasn't in the lineup at all initially :kink: :kink:

Are you ok Norway? :unsure: Why Wave was chosen ahead of youniverse I'd never understand :kink: Ulrikke's song is so formulaic and cliche that Attention felt a lot more genuine to me. Geronimo is embarrassing omg

Yeah, 'Queen Of Kings' is quite a decent attempt at adding a bit of drama that could translate well to a Eurovision stage. 'Tarer I Paradis' is also quite nice if they wanted to do a Norwegian language song.

 

'Honestly' has shown up on Norwegian Spotify with none of the others to be seen. Ulrikke's had better, but they could do something with the orchestral, ahem, drop.

If they choose anything other than Ulrikke, Norway are cancelled.

Rasmus Thall is camp. Wouldn't mind seeing this qualify :D

 

Ulrikke has a great voice.

 

Umami Tsunami is giving BTS for some reasons lol (EDIT: SDJFKJKLFSDLJSD the camera shake at the end :kink: )

The qualifiers are to be expected but I don't like them :( Bring back Kate and Rasmus!!

Queen of Kings and Honestly were the two good songs from last night, so glad they're both through. Didn't care for a third qualifier, but happy it's not JOWST... leave Eurovision alone, go get a job

Next batch of songs are out (I’m having problems finding a few however) but great entry from Elsie Bay!

i think i would stan Geronimo if it had better production bc the vocals are decent

Waist issa huge bop x Love You in a Dream is lovely :wub: I could definitely see Prohibition as a Suedonia entry ngl. This semi is stacked!

What a snorefest, I’m not sure how but MGP seems to becoming less and less essential to watch.

 

Horrible result from this heat as well, should have been Sandra, Elsie and Ella - but MGPs hardon for having exclusively female solo artists at the final has been put off yet again.

Swing'it is unexpected but I'm pleasantly surprised. Great to see some diversity in the final but semi-final two is so stacked that great acts such as Sandra Lyng and Ella are eliminated :(

Prohibition and Ekko Inni Meg were clearly the two best of that semi, I'm pleased.

How good were Jone’s vocals!!!
