I'd be surprised if it does anything chartswise without going viral on TikTok so fingers crossed that can happen. In the words of The Snake, Eliza's quirky vocals may appeal to users of the app.

Not sure if you saw this Kath- but Crack magazine uploaded the Q&A that Eliza did last October in Bristol: https://www.mixcloud.com/CrackMagazine/how-...ith-eliza-rose/

Looking forward to hearing the follow-up, I'm pleased that she didn't rush it. There's no pressure for it to be a hit because she is a well established underground DJ so anything it does will be a bonus IMO.

Don't like the chopped up vocals at all. Love the verses love the production love her voice. Wish wish wish them chopped up vocals were not there urgggg!!!! Very garage, will probably end up hammering it.

It's no BOTA, but still fabulous in its own right  The version on Spotify is about half the length of the video. I think it works better as a concise bop

Thanks for this  I love her. She is such a laugh so will give a listen!

I think this is perfectly alright aside from the chorus sounding like Alvin & the Chipmunks, why couldn't they have just had it in the same style as the verses were?

I even think the chopped-up vocal is effective. Just that chorus ruins what could've been a perfectly good track.

I quite like it, it gives me MJ Cole vibes, liking the garage throwback sound.

Okay after a couple of listens love this song. I am confused though as did she not market herself as a house producer and trying to make a statement for underground house producers. Whereas she has no production impact in this and it is hardly house either.

everything is great... except those Chipmunk-esque vocals that ruin everything :/
