Ari's thank u, next album was ready to be milked but instead she dropped a standalone summer single with friends Social House back in 2019. This became their first and only top 10 hit in the U.S. while it was Ari's 14th to date. 'boyfriend' finishes dead last in this survivor, so her remaining Billboard #8 hits are 'Dangerous Woman' and 'God is a woman', fitting off the back of International Women's Day.

I don't think I would've called 'boyfriend' as the first exit before this started! Tbh I don't revisit it that much though in the grand scheme of her discography.

Missed the first round of this but would have voted for Stuck With U and get to do so this time! Boyfriend didn't deserve to go first, I would have put that in my top half of this list!

Not exactly a loss there!

'boyfriend' definitely isn't one of her absolute worst for me but it is one of her most forgettable, not helping that it didn't end up being on an album I suppose!

Still not on board with Die For You really, so opted for that.

It might not be a top fave of mine but it does seem a little early for 'boyfriend' to go. :(

That's right! I seem to remember 'Problem' stalling at #2 behind 'Fancy' (back in the days where an all Iggy Azalea top 2 was plausible) and then was disappointed when 'no tears left to cry' stalled both over there and here. Then 'thank u, next' just smashed out of the gate!

I'll never forgive 'boyfriend' for holding back 'Bloodline', 'Bad Idea' and 'NASA'.
