Me too. I'm only just controlling the urge to throw all my commitments up in the air. I have to keep telling myself I'll be able to fit in a couple of shows in Old Reekie.

Thin edge of the wedge......... well for me it is. If I see Darius once in anything, I just want to go again. I keep thinking I might have missed things in the busy scenes for example, the Havana scene and I'd like to take a good look at him in that uniform, though in truth it's the last one I'd ever have imagined D wearing.

what uniform?? this is driving me crazy I need to know every detail of what I missed, I knw I should have taken hubby up on offer, now every time I sigh or start about the show, he chimes in with "well I did offer"

I'm going to chain my husband down if this happens again. He is working but, that's no excuse. It could be another year before we see anything. He says he isn't taking time of from his career and is working at the new album for a large proportion of his time . He just wants it to be exactly what he wants.

 

I wish I knew if I'm going to like it.

ahh, but thats half the excitement, luckily there havent been more than a couple that I am not keen on, thats to be expected.

I've never seen Darius so well looking, relaxed and totally happy as last week. He's obviously very happy with the way things are going.

 

As I've said before my worry about the next album is that he does have total freedom to take the time he wants, and he's such a perfectionist.

 

However, I'll have to wait because he's absolutely adamant that he's not having anyone setting him deadlines this time - he won't do it under duress. I think we all know he's always had a tiny streak of determination or as he called it himself in a recent interview, stubbornness.

 

 

He hasn't even let his parents listen to the new songs yet.

Really? Wow! I don't know why, but I'm a bit taken aback by that.

I know that his dad has heard a couple. He's just trying to keep what he does really close. As soon as he's happy, they'll be the first.
