Beyoncé - Irreplaceable (2343 POINTS)

And so we enter the top 10 songs of 2006. At number 10 is Beyoncé with the wonderful Irreplaceable - a song which even non-Beyoncé fans have found it difficult not to like. The song peaked at number 2 after being held off of the top spot by the equally cool Girls Aloud. With 3,798 points, Beyoncé is the 9th biggest artist on BuzzJack this year. Her next single Listen is due for release in February.

All Saints - Rock Steady (2353 POINTS)

At number 9 we have the girls from All Saints. Rock Steady was a particular favourite among BuzzJackers this year and spent a total of 3 weeks at number one. Sadly the album flopped in at number 40 in the official charts but it is a wicked album and deserves to do better. With a bit of luck the follow up single, Chick Fit, will be able to save it. All Saints are the 18th biggest artists on BJ this year with a total of 2391 points.

Rihanna - Unfaithful (2358 POINTS)

Rihanna returns at number 8 with Unfaithful, a song about a woman who is cheating on her boyfriend. This song was Rihanna's most successful song and without it there is no way she could have become the 4th biggest artist on BuzzJack this year with 4,537 points. The song spent 21 weeks on chart but didn't become a number one single until it's 11th week, rising to number 4 and then slipping to number 12 before peaking at the top spot.

Girls Aloud - Something Kinda Oooh (2583 POINTS)

There's something kinda oooh, jumpin' in at number 7 on the chart! Yes it's the fabulous Girls Aloud who spent three weeks at number 1 and are still currently in the top 20. It's been a fantastic year for the girls who got to number 1 with this song and a top 5 hit with their follow up single I Think We're Alone Now. With 4,508 points overall, Girls Aloud are BuzzJack's 5th biggest artist of the year.

Nelly Furtado - Promiscuous (2722 POINTS)

3 was certainly Nelly Furtado's magic number after Promiscuous spent a whopping 5 weeks at number 3. This song is the highest entry on the year end chart for a song that didn't reach number 1. There was a bit of a divide over this song as many people preferred Nelly's Folklore sound rather than her new R&B edge. Ah well who cares, it got to number 6 proving that it's a wicked track. Her next single Say It Right is released sometime in February.

Scissor Sisters - I Don't Feel Like Dancin' (2728 POINTS)

Into the top 4 we go and at number 4 is the brilliantly camp Scissor Sisters with one of the best songs to dance to in 2006. I Don't Feel Like Dancin' spent over a month at number 1 all in all and this song helped them to become BuzzJack's 10th biggest artist of the year with 3,418 points overall.

Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars (2965 POINTS)

At number 3 is the song that so many people have told me they want at their funeral. Nice. Well never mind because it's an absolutely amazing song. With 4141 points, Snow Patrol are BuzzJack's 6th biggest artist of 2006. They might well be in the 2007 chart as well as Set The Fire To The Third Bar is still going strong in the multichart.
