tut, see that's like having steak every night - you just don't apreciate how good it is after a while   ;)

when you live on minced beef most of the time like me, you appreciate steak a whole lot more when you do get it.

I hadn't actually thought of slicing him up and cooking him. Still, if I got hungry enough

Do you think Natasha would mind.......

I would never do anything to intentionally upset D, but since I kissed Natasha, his days with her are numbered anyway

I've met him a few times. He's OK.

funniest post ever

I'm with you

mind it's not quite as funny as 'offering him lessons on how to reply on the internet'...that had me howling

Lets whizz this thread up a bit

Give us your best ever Darius moment ..... in two lines

The thrill of meeting him for the first time at Cardiff and putting my hand up the back of his shirt stroking his spine and he never told me not to!!

putting my hand out and touching him as he slowely made his way through us - running my hand down his chest, feeling his heart beating, after oxford gig, that was a thrill, and although I got to kiss him at other encounters, that was just so naughty of me, and he just didnt stop me at all ,that I still get a kick out of thinking about it

I feel I miss out sometimes. I just don't fancy him. He's lovely looking and a really decent man but if it hadn't been for his voice and songs, I just wouldn't be supporting him.
I don't think you're missing out, Meg!! I sometimes feel sorry for him being surrounded by hormonally charged middle aged women (I count myself amongst that number, so please don't get offended anyone!!)

I totally agree with you there Madame Cholet!! I sometimes feel sorry for him too - but he takes it so well doesn't he!! I, personally, don't see how any woman could not fancy him!! I sometimes wish that I didn't, then I could possibly have a sensible conversation with him like Meg does! :D

My best ever Darius moment(s) were, I think....

when he sang 'Fly Me to the Moon' to me at Maidstone and looked me straight in the eye when he sang 'I love you'!!!  and also the way he looked at me when we had the 'meet and greet' and I was trying to speak to him coherently!!

Oh I completely understand Madame C. It must be horrible for him to have women adoring his every word and movement

I can empathise with Meg a little, as obviously I don't fancy D either. I suppose, for whatever reason suits the individual, we all would like more D in our lives :) I would just like to say though, that where you may miss out a little Meg, with regards to you not fancying D, you make up for by the fact you are able to meet and interact with him so many times. I would love to get to spend so many minutes with D, and have him recognise me by name :)

I sometimes think the thrill of being recognised and as happened when he signed my Chicago programme he wrote my name without prompting just makes the googy bits inside go all tingly ... and the fact he did the same for Abs as well ...

One of the family you see .... Actually I think Meg is his adopted aunty ...

I asked Darius how his Dad was, back in November 2004. He said very well, thank you so much, God bless you, and the smile that lit his face and was directed at me made me feel(even stood next to him) 10ft tall. He truly is special, and it's wonderful how the magic of his presence lifts people
