Yes exactly, the MUSIC, not just the bloody voice. Overall Madge has BY FAR the best collection of pop classics than any of the other big female IMO. She has loads of timeless classics that she actually wrote, whilst what do people like Whitney do, cover Dolly Parton songs -_-

Yes, but all of her songs are covers if she does'nt write them. Josh was saying it should be based, not on performance but music, so surely means the talent of the artist as well. Anyone can sing other peoples good songs. ;)

I agree, Whitney had the best voice imo, which you will obviously dissagree with but overall personally, I would perfer someone like Madonna overall. ^_^

To tell you the truth I don't like Whitney that much -_- If she never released I Will Always Love You then she wouldn't be as big as she is today
