This is oddly reminding me of one of Oasis' more psychedelic leaning songs like 'All Around The World' or 'Champagne Supernova'

Quite a rare one, but the anime Kaiju No. 8 / Monster #8 will feature American musicians for their opening and ending theme. Opening theme will be by YUNGBLUD and it's called ABYSS. Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons is confirmed to feature the song, but still undecided whether he will be credited as featured artist or not.

The Tweet I posted suggests that Dan's just a co-writer and not a featured vocalist.

Also, as his very strong Yorkshire accent suggests, Yungblud is not American :P

Oopsie

Sounding good on first listen, as expected! But surely there'll be a longer version of this in the future, for it is only 30 seconds longer than normal anime / TV size length, right?

Yeah I'm quite liking 'Abyss' on first listen. Weird that it doesn't come up on Yungblud's artist page on Spotify though?

I guess because it's just a soundtrack song, and hiding it lets his current "proper" single still be prominent on his page.

Another soundtrack song is out tomorrow! Quite a random one, it's a cover of KISS' 'I Was Made For Lovin' You' for new Ryan Gosling film 'The Fall Guy'.

Breakdown is just an interim track and won't appear on the next album .

It wasn't even supposed to be released but someone heard it and persuaded them to release it.
