I'm absent minded but that's something I've actually remembered to do every day of my life!

Still, I do know what Darius means.... conscious breathing rhythms can have quite an effect on emotions.

Today I'm singing Colourblind, a reminder of a beautiful double rainbow seen yesterday in one of the breaks between heavy showers. I'd been less than joyous, having just stepped in a deep puddle filled pothole so the double rainbow seemed so special and it lifted my spirits. I went on to have a brilliant day.

You've never been so angry that you see red with the injustice of it all - and had to remember to breathe.

maybe you're a much calmer soul than I am.

I'm ashamed to admit it but I don't think I've ever been that angry/ passionate about anything.

Sure, I get frustrated and sometimes it hits me hard but it doesn't last. I tend to try to rationalise my way through. I work out what has upset me and why and either try to put the whole thing firmly in the past and treat myself with some lovely distraction, make amends if I'm in the wrong or do something to try to improve things.

Not always poosible Baytree. How ever much we like to be, we aren't always in control of our own lives.
Rushes - cos thats all I seem to have been doing the last couple of days.

I would really like some new songs. Imagine how I'd feel if I hated them when they do get released?

'Chrysalis to Butterfly'

There's only one song of Darius's that I dislike enough to consciously ignore but I know other fans who really like it......"I Would Die For You".

"I'm Not Buying"

Pity I didn't keep to that mantra today. I must have spent a fortune on trivial items.
