Right Girl wrong time..just listening to it on dariusmusic.net, and sitting here with a tear rolling down, remembering him singing this on TV - and dreaming he was singing it to me..LOL..what emotion in his voice, I am always sucked into the depth of his songs.

There seems to be so much more opportunity for sport for younger children than my generation had. An 8 year old girl in our family plays in a hockey team and a football team, and she also goes swimming, does karate and gymnastics. My neighbour's grandchild is a fencing champion.

 

Water polo. I don't think I ever heard about it when I was young. Come to think about it, I don't know much about it now. Is it really based on polo? Do they have the same number in a team, same/similar rules?

It was the first water polo match I have ever watched. There were

seven in each team, and they were only allowed to use one open hand

to balance or knock the ball. Grasping the ball or using two hands was

disallowed and the ball was given to the other side.

 

My song for today...... Journey's End..... we've just come home after

a few days away while the sun was still shining.

I dug out my Star Is Born PI DVD after I heard DITM "sung" on the Joseph programme last night. I also gave Toploaders' a spin. Still prefer D's .

Gotta know tonight.............what time to get up tomorrow morning so as

not to miss Darius on T.V.

I just hope my mum got it right. I still remember her phoning me all excited and it ending up being Will and not Darius.
