I was sick as a dog this morning and I've got crampy pains in my stomach. I feel exhausted too. It's just not like me. I hope it's just a 24 hr thing. I suspected those early nights were a bad sign.
I hope it is BT. Maybe you needed more of the early nights. I hope you're better soon.
I've stayed in today and I've gone back to a light diet. I managed to eat some toast earlier and I've been drinking a lot of water and now some herbal tea. I don't feel too bad now but I am very tired.

I'd really like some chocolate - and not a bit in the house.

I'm glad you're feeling a bit better BT

Glad you're feelng a bit better BT, it does take it out of you.

I've just finished my birthday chocolates :( .....but if I hadn't had lots of help I'd still have plenty then I could give you some Meg

You aren't kidding. I do like that one on loud when I'm driving. It has got me into trouble. A police car came up behind me and asked if I couldn't here the sirens. He'd been following me for 3 mins - about the time 'Stars Crash Down' had come on.
I thought it was Now or Never but the answer's come back, not yet, so I better make it Big Feather Bed and just give in untilk whatever this thing is clears out of my system.
Sleep well. I hope you're feeling better tomorrow. AND DON'T OVERDO THINGS. Then with a bit of luck, you'll be well on the way to recovery.

How did I miss this? How embarrassing!

I'll never forget the time they stopped me because my seat belt was trailing on the ground outside the car. I went bright red from top to toe. It was at the time wearing belts wasn't compulsory yet. I didn't wear mine because it was one of those non-retractable types and always dug in somewhere when I drove.
