Posted December 31, 200618 yr For those of you who are not aware of BBC 6 Music, it is a Digital only National Radio station that caters for "real" music such as indie, rock, alternative-country, folk & singer-songwriters. Hence it largely excludes pop, urban and dance music that Radio 1 caters for; or the older acts that Radio 2 caters for. These results were voted for by listeners to this station who had to vote for their top10 singles from a shortlist of 250 tracks. January 5, 200718 yr I like this chart as the massively underated artists like The Pipettes at least get some recognition :P Shame Evanescence and Lostprophets don't get a mention :(
January 14, 200718 yr 100% obvious stuff. Proof that 'indie' stations still aren't alternative enough. They should stick their necks out more.
