Posted December 31, 200618 yr American rockers THE KILLERS are desperate to perform at British music festival Glastonbury when it returns next year (07). The band played at the infamous venue in 2004 and 2005, and have high hopes to make it a hat-trick when the festival returns in June after a one year absence. Frontman BRANDON FLOWERS says, "We would love to take Sam's Town (new album) to Glastonbury next year. "Michael Eavis (festival organiser) hasn't asked us yet, but I think they generally start asking people in the next couple of months, so I'm hoping we get the call real soon. "It would be amazing to go back there."
December 31, 200618 yr I definitley think they will get offered a slot, they have been one of 2006's biggest bands. :D Infact maybe there's a possible chance of a headlining slot?
