I read a thing about her today and it had a pullout quote saying how she was in Dubai but "looking forward to getting home and writing and recording my album" ... yet Simon has already said he has tracks for her ... I assume then that she has got the chance to at least co-write some of it, which is what she deserves.

If it's being released in March she won't have time to write much - but she was in the US a while ago writing with others so she may use some of her own material. She got a nice pressie from Daddy Megabucks too - just in case it goes pearshaped and she can pawn them ;)

I really hope that some of her own songs that she'd written before the X Factor get a chance to shine, as they are very good. Even if they are just album tracks would be progress, and a good contrast to the power ballads that Simon Cowell will no doubt fill the album with

I am far more excuted by Ben's album in February, if Leona's is going to be bland boring Mariah remakes then no matter how good she is vocally I will have 0 interest in buying it

Is Ben allowed to release an album ahead of Leona then? Will it be all covers. Honestly! I give up with X factor fodder. When will any of them get a grip!

Nope Ben has written these himself but there will be some songs that he sang in X Factor

I just HOPE they give her the right tracks, with the right tracks, she has the potential to sell just as well as Will Young :D

anyways back to Leona - I think she will do REALLY REALLY well - whether she has new tracks or covers on the album. Obviously it would be better 2 have new trax - but im sure there will be some covers thrown in there.

 

&... i also heard on the Radio the other night for all u whitney lovers LOL - Leonas ment 2 be goin over 2 America or sumthing 2 work with her - because WHITNEY's MAKIN' A COMEBACK!!!! may just be all rumours i don't know - but if its true i think its really good.
