James/Yobnedor has a topic like this in our forum but since the latest old school purchase of mine isn't in the 21st century I'll put it in a new thread here.

 

Last week I bought Madonna's Ray of Light. An album unbelievably I hadn't even owned :o (only had the Immaculate Collection all this time). I do think my dad had a copy as we had it on in the car when I was younger though. Of course there was the rate on this album not long ago too but pleased I now have a classic in my collection now!

I bought the Now Anniversary Series 1983 CD second hand online the other day for £3.

got both of those great cd albums. Ray Of Light I was also late into buying - after paying full price for Erotica when it came out I decided to go back to singles for Madonna just in case it was another duffer. Then bought Music and was back on board for a one off till her comeback dance album Confessions... :)

New Kids on the Block - Tonite, 7" second hand as a gift for a friend.

I 'completed' my Grace Jones vinyl collection last week with copies of Living My Life and Nightclubbing.
