its going ok its only 2 days a week yet,its almost 11 years since i qualified as a chef so going back is tough as its so long since i did essas etc,im hoping to mov into health and safety

That sounds very interesting, I want to become a chef one day, I love cooking... but it's quite expensive to study that in here.

i advise against it,its hard and very very unsociable hours
