Well, yeah... we South people get summer from December to March :P

Well, it's not for me, lol... I like cold weather the most, so I'm not the happiest person atm :lol:

yeah, i've started uni already, monday was my first day after a 3 week xmas holiday! it was so hard to get out of bed at 8 am :lol:

Dunno, it's always like this in Argentina, Uni finishes around mid December and starts again in March, then we have winter break which is another month of holidays, usually around July/August.

i suppose it's kinda the same here actually, except we have them from end of june to beginning of mid september (depending on the course and the uni)

But still we generally only get 2 weeks for Christmas (Winter break) and the 6 weeks for the Summer break :o

it's usually longer at uni (depending on the course you do) because you don't get a half term...

It's not on really, they spend 1/2 the year off

Well, as a matter of fact, we don't get two semesters at Uni, we get two "cuatrimestres", but I don't know how to say that in English :rofl: Anyways, they're two periods of four months each, so basically we have 8 months of Uni and 4 months of holidays per year (3 in summer and 1 in winter).
