Slightly off the banner topic, prettyinpink/Penny can you please find out if there's any regulations size-wise about signatures on buzzjack?

No rules - as such for signatures, but some posters complain if it doesn't look right. I've suggested to members before then no picture in a signature is over 500 pixels high. That would seem sensible.

Er..... how do you know how many pixels high it is, please? I know how to click on properties but I don't think it says anything about pixels.

If your using Internet Explorer, right click on image, then properties, it will say dimensions. First is width, second is height.

If your using Firefox, it specifies Width and Height clearly.

500 pixels high is big. You'r not likely to go bigger by mistake. :)

 

The following is exactly 500 wide by 500 high.

:huh: The info was about Signature size.

I dunno what the maximium width is. At a guess 750 because my BuzzJack banner is just under that and no one has complained about it. :D

I'm never sure if it's safe to download things but I'm getting the new Norton programme put on this weekend so I might try it, if it's easy enough to understand.

 

I'd only want to make a signature with a picture and some text on it. I wondered if I could use Powerpoint for that.

silly me, had to press crtl and F5 at the same time as my browser was showing the old page! how wierd now all i need to know is was it this one or the colour one sharon wants and does the resizing look ok, if not let me know.
