So week 2 for Tension, what are you expecting for it chart wise for its 2nd week and also do you think number 19 will be its forever peak?. Also as a bonus poll where do you think padam padam will chart on its 17th week?

I’m thinking #44 for ‘Tension’ - unless streaming and downloads pick up massively.

 

I also think that #19 will be its peak but that it will rebound once the album has been released and promo kicks in.

 

PP I’m predicting will just cling onto the Top 75.

 

 

Im expecting it to drop just outside the Top 40 but if things pick up during the week it might just sneak in a 2nd week top 40 for now so i will remain a little hopeful!! Im really hoping that a rebound will come once the album arrives.

Hopefully padam padam can hang on for that 17th week top 75 but even it doesn't it will be safely top 100, I'm hoping padam padam can at least make 20 weeks in total top 100.

i think it will just stay top 40 as i think BMG will be tracking closely this week and want it to visible going into the album launch

I do think a remix this week would be a good idea, could help give it a nice boost but get it out on Tuesday if they are.

I think that’s they only way it has a chance of staying Top 40 if they drop a remix midweek otherwise I can’t see download sales being high enough seeing as it’s #18 on iTunes.

 

I think the cassettes will sell 1.5k+ which will soften the fall.

The cassette will definitely soften the fall, and an extra remix would cushion the fall nicely along with whatever sales it will pick up organically.

1,504 for the initial cassette, unsure how many the mixtape sold when it was released a few weeks later.

Tension should manage very similar cassette sales to padam padam i think,

I guess BMG will react once mids are out on Monday and they have shipped the Cassettes Monday ready for Tuesday delivery. Then they have Tues-Thurs to reduce price to 59p and then stick a store exclusive out.

My prediction so far is well off which seems to be the same for almost half of the voters.

Looking unlikely to be T40 based on todays midweek position.

It's gonna be a drop

Top 40 looks highly unlikely even though its back up to 32 today, it needs a big upsurge in streaming or downloads now to help or ideally both, hopefully when the album is out Tension will benefit nicely from it although i wouldn't be shocked to see padam padam higher than it that week either.

Well considering it's still to be decided and hadn't vote yet I went for...

and out of the top 75 but securely top 100 and the mids showed that too. Think about 82 for PP if I guess where it'll land!

Its borderline at the moment whether tension can hold top 40 or not, i Monday i thought it had no chance, today i think it has a small chance. Padam padam unless we get a complete surprise will leave the top 75 for the first time but seeing it still top 100 after so long is great.
