January 2, 200718 yr Chartifacts (from aria.com.au) Singles This week's top ten has started the new year with some re-shuffling! Delightful diva, Beyonce has moved up two places to take the #1 spot with Irreplaceable, leaving Akon 's Smack That and Damien Leith 's Night of My Life to settle for #2 and #3 respectively. Meanwhile, the Shannon Noll and Natalie Bassingthwaighte rendition of Don't Give Up slips from #2 to #4. Justin Timberlake and Gwen Stefani join the line-up with My Love and Wind It Up taking out the #5 and #6 spots. It seems glam-rockers, the Scissor Sisters don't feel like dancin' or movin' out of the top ten, as I Don't Feel Like Dancin' comes in at #7, followed by the Evermore trio at #8 with Light Surrounding You . Aspiring punk-rocker, Sandi Thom moves down three places with I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker (With Flowers In My Hair) settling for #9. Finally, this week's all-important 10 th spot goes to party favourite, Bob Sinclar , who re-enters the top ten arena with Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now) . SICK PUPPIES Artist: Sick Puppies Position:No.90 Believe the Hype! Sydney indie rock band, Sick Puppies make their smashing debut on the chart with their self-titled single. The trio burst onto the music circuit in 2001, after winning Triple J's Unearthed competition, which boasts Missy Higgins and Killing Heidi as previous winners. More recently, the band has become synonymous with Juan Mann, the Free Hugs entrepreneur, who featured the Sick Puppies single, All The Same in a Free Hugs campaign video. The band has also greased the stage for some major acts, including Good Charlotte and the almighty, Midnight Oil. Albums Our Top Ten are a resilient bunch! Damien Leith continues his reign, with The Winner's Journey hitting the #1 spot again this week. Meanwhile, the other podium places remain unchanged as The 12 th Man's, Boned! and U2's, U218 Singles are stationed at #2 and #3 respectively. Our first shift for the week comes courtesy of Snow Patrol's, Eyes Open, which ploughs in at #4. P!nk remains alive and kicking, with I'm Not Dead at #5, closely followed by the lads from Human Nature at #6, with Dancing In The Street: The Songs of Motown II. After charting at #11 last week, Eskimo Joe re-enter the exclusive Top Ten, with Black Fingernails, Red Wine coming in at lucky #7. The Beatles get comfortable, with Love stationed at #8 again this week. And lastly, proving that Aussie listeners are a varied bunch, Il Divo 's Siempre and Wolfmother 's self-titled offering take out the #9 and #10 spots respectively. HAPPY FEET SOUNDTRACK Artist: Various Position:No.99 Every tap dancing Antarctic emperor penguin deserves a killer soundtrack! Happy Feet was dedicated to legendary conservationist, Steve Irwin who died a month after lending his voice to the computer-animated film. The Happy Feet Soundtrack features a stellar lineup of stars, including Brittany Murphy , Elijah Wood , Robin Williams and our very own sweet-heart, Nicole Kidman . The film was nominated for a 2007 Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film among fellow animated favourites, Cars and Monster House .
