They have revealed the shortlist: AISEL Tofig Hajiyev & Camal Qurbanov Emy Lia Rilaya Mari İlkin Dövlətov & Mila Miles & Etibar Əsədli Sabina Beyli Lexa Edgar Ravinov Əmrah Musayev Alesker Rahib Mirzəyev & Tofiq Yadigar Səbinə Quluzadə Qorqud Fahree AISEL has quite a redemption arc this year, releasing an album that includes this fan favourite: 20mPrCvGix0 Happy to see Azerbaijan sticking with local artists and not relying on Swedish exports!
