9. My Chemical Romance – Welcome To The Black Parade (398,700, #1) + :silver:

I wasn’t a fan of MCR at ALL before this song, infact I would actually avoid listening to their stuff if I could (which wasn’t hard considering hardly anyone liked them anyway ) It’s a good thing I like this song or my life would be unbearable now they’re so popular

Ooohh From Paris To Berlin and every disco i dance in :kink:

Fab  Although i preffered Self Control :D

And MCR i'm really warming too

Oh and did one Download Annie Lennox :smoke:

Thanks ^_^ You're just warming to MCR? It's been out for years

Oh and did one Download Annie Lennox :smoke:

One did. I got about 5 I think, and I've only listened to them a bit. I do like them a lot though ^_^ Her ballads seem to be a bit whiney though, maybe I need to listen more to understand the beauty? :(

8. Beyoncé – Irreplaceable (437,600, #1) + :gold:

“To the left, to the leftâ€â€¦ I think this will remain a Beyoncé classic, it seems to have united the Beyoncé fans and haters, and has hit the Top 5 on both sides of the pond we call Atlantic! ^_^ And to think people were expecting this to barely scrape Top 20 after Déjà Vu  I love hindsight

Ooohh Irreplaceable

Right, i have beef with Beyonce :(, she sings the Most Amazing Ballads honestly, Me Myself And I, Irreplaceable, Listen

But when she goes all Deja Vu, and Check Up On That and shiz its just $h!t :(

But This Is Just bloody fantastic

I don't think many of her songs are that bad tbh, I do agree about 'Check On It' though -_-

I think Graham has realised my #1 and has fled the scene :smoke:

7. James Blunt – Goodbye My Lover (475,000, #2) :gold:

The first of two 2005 songs in the Top 10 :kink: ‘You’re Beautiful’ I liked, then loved and then quickly despised and am beginning to love again. However this was almost an instant like - clear, honest lyrics and as romantic as hell  I’m a sucker for ballads as I’m sure you’ll soon guess from the Top 10

I'm a secret Fan of the Blunt

I liked most of his singles, and thats my fave one

The last one for tonight! ^_^

6. Will Young – All Time Love (510,000, #1) :gold:

A different version of the video, I’ve never seen it before! ^_^

Another romantic one! ^_^ I was a bit disappointed when I first heard this, there seems to be no hook at all which is unusual for a Will Young song, it never seems to get going. But its simplicity is beautiful after a few listens  Another song I’m falling back in love with.

5. The Kooks – Naïve (563,900, #1) :gold:

The Kooks aren’t my sort of music at all, I’m so shocked this did so well  7 weeks at #1 is just amazing for an indie song  I expected pop to be up there all the time! What can I say? Catchy and easy to sing along to, and at some point everyone in my 6th form loved it – probably why I like it so much :P

4. The Kooks – She Moves In Her Own Way (569,200, #2) :gold:

Another Kooks song :P This one I liked instantly, probably because my ears and eyes were open after the brilliant ‘Naïve’. It never reached #1 on my chart despite many weeks at #2, but eventually outsold its predecessor. Sick of it now

3. Snow Patrol – Chasing Cars (571,300, #1) :gold:

Words can’t explain how much I love this song  The amount of emotions I can feel when this song is playing is just silly, it’s definitely one of, if not THE song, of 2006, and 2007 too if it carries on the way its going  Introduced me to Snow Patrol, who I had never paid interest in before, and the album is also very good! ^_^

2. Pink – Who Knew (610,500, #1) :plat:

I loved this song on first listen. It’s very overplayed now which ruins the specialness of it, but the lyrics to this song always pull at the heart strings (no complaints this time Graham? ^_^) I like to think it’s about the death of a very close friend or partner, whereas some people like to think of it as the breaking up of a relationship. I’ve done my research though, and I’m right :smoke:

1. Kelly Clarkson – Because Of You (800,000, #1) :plat:

This is quite embarrassing  Firstly, this song has been at #1 on my YTD Chart since I started it  Secondly, this song is from 2005 so technically shouldn’t even be in this chart, and thirdly it’s by KELLY CLARKSON  But I love it anyways, a fantastic ballad which sounds great every time you hear it, especially now that the overplay of it has long since died ^_^ I would actually consider buying her next album on the basis that I might discover a song as good as this! :D
