My friend has lost their email so can't reset their password on their original account and tried to create a new one, but the verification email isn't sending. They said they've tried contacting but haven't heard back. Is anyone able to help? Thanks!

Hey! There seems to be a problem with verification emails not going through unfortunately. If you ask your friend to drop me a PM, I'll be able to change their email on their original account for them!
