I couldn't even finish the song…

 

My excitement for Leigh-Anne music is dwindling quite quickly which is a shame after I enjoyed ML and DSL so much.

 

Another video which I think would have benefitted with her miming along, there were too many moments wasted on other people.

 

I find the song really jarring, I hate the ‘forbidden forbidden’ part. I also hate that this song is her saying she’s proud her and Andre cheated on their partners to get together (as said in her book).

 

It’s a second miss for me.

I like the video.

The full song is better than the short clips shared before.

Not my favourite, but it's an okay album track. My ears still prefer it to a number of what makes it to top 40 these days, so ..😕 🤷‍♂️

It’s a shame as I’ve loved her other 3 songs but this really is a bit of nothing. Sounds like an album track. Listened twice and doubt It’ll be one I return to.

Is she really PROUD proud of it? Or is she simply telling the story (as per being vulnerable and telling it all in the EP) ?

Male artistes release songs like this all the time, including their SLS with Jason Derulo.

I think it's all an attempt to sell records, because controversial and deeply personal songs like this tend to draw attention. I supppse we'll find out whether or not it will work for her

But yeah the song is garbage.

Full song defo better than the snippets in isolation but I’m still not feeling it.

I never knew this! To think Tulisa once pleaded for votes by saying these girls won’t steal your boyfriends The song is very weak tbh, she needs to work with better people asap.

It’s just not great at all. Agree with the points raised it’s very demo. It’s so surprising that someone with her experience doesn’t listen to this and think the same? Surely she doesn’t hear “hit” when she listens to it?

Is she self funding these releases already because everything screams no budget and flying by the seat of her pants having no real idea what she is doing now?

Every single solo LM song so far i’m now starting to perhaps see why the X Factor judges envisioned them in a band and not as solo artists. There’s been something lacking from them all so far. This just sounds cheaply done though but then the message of the song isn’t really gonna go down well when you’re establishing your brand as a soloist.
