WowWee, makers of the Robosapien and its chums, hope to all shake up the bot scene with the new

Elvis-bot.

 

The Elvis-bot is the modern version of the old time novelty favourite 'Billy Bass'. Elvis-bot comes with over 30

peices of dialogue and song snippets and comes with a remote control that looks like a microphone.

 

The lips and head move and you can turn off his voice and sing into the microphone and his lips will move.

Elvis-bot is fully endorsed by Elvis Presley Enterprises, and will be released in the U.S. during the summer

and will retail for $349 (£180) but there are no plans for a UK launch at this time.

 

We think it looks more like an Elvis impersonator than Elvis but the makers do state "if you're not impressed, remember that the final version will be even better." Let's hope so.

Cool, might buy that one. They could work on the lip movement a bit though.
