I was just saying if Girls Aloud covered a song but made it into a screaming rap song in which they didn't sing but simply roared through it, but this meant the song was completely different to the original. That would be better than it sounding good but simualr to the original? Calm down I am only wondering your opinions not looking to argue.

January 14, 200718 yr I am sorry for being rude, I cant stand people telling me I've changed my opinion on something I made a statement about when I don't think i have changed it. I always think before commenting. And yes even though that would probably sound c**p I think it's at least doing something to the song - where as a lot of pop bands rely on covers to give them another hit and to stay popular. I'm not deluding myself as I know they released this one to have a top 10 at Christmas but I have more respect for it as it isn't a lame copy like the album version. And to me that's important. But really for me I think I'll Stand By You is the worst as it doesn't seem to caputre the emotion of the original.
