I was wondering if anyone out here in Enyaland listens to Clannad. I just got a few of their albums recently and I already owned Fuaim (we know why lol)

i never really got into clannad that much

 

..but Enya is featured on Fuaim and Crann Ull. ;)

I have no Clannad Albums. I had one(can't remember which now) but didn't like it.

I FIND that she is in no way similar to enya

Clannad is a group..unless you are referring to Maire Brennan. :)

I have a "Clannad: Greatest Hits" album, and I really like it. I'm going to get a few more of their albums sometime, I just haven't gotten around to it. :P My favorite songs I do have are "I See Red" and "Skellig". I also have "Newgrange" on another compilation of various artists, and it's probably my favorite of the songs I have. Moya's voice sounds fabulous on that one. :wub:

I borrowed an album off someone, but couldn't get into it at all. :( I quite like "Theme from Harry's Game" but I don't really like Clannad overall.

I just bought "Crann Ull" recently and I don't think it's bad at all. :) I was only a year old when that album was made lol

I had the self titled album, I liked #1, the rest I got a bit bored of though. :(

I'm not sure, but I think their earlier albums are a little less exciting than the later ones. The self-titled "Clannad" was, I think, the first album they released, and is mostly folk and traditional. You should try some of their later albums. "Magical Ring" has some songs I have that I really like. B)

Yes, they did! Bono introduced them at the awards with a hilarious story. :D I guess they must be real pals with him, he's always doing duets or something with them. :lol:
