I know. I'd still like one really, really close to here. I also know I'm not going to get. But that's not new.

I don't give a hoot what Darius does, as long as he does it in the UK.

 

I definitely couldn't do the US for at least six months what with everybody coming up to 'special" birthdays and anniversaries, in addition to the bumper month for youngest generation members of the extended family and then all their Christmases, not to mention car service and MOT next week, the annual insurance the following month, and something I always dread the annual re-calculation of my fuel bills. They always seem to rocket, despite Scottish Gas claims to have reduced one by 17% and the other by 11%.

I try not to think about bills - they just depress me. I can't see that I'll be able to afford Darius anymore in 6 months than I could now. Well, except for the fact that I have a birthday and Xmas before the 6months but then, I have lots of birthday and Xmas presents to buy as well.

I've never been organised enough to set aside the monthly increments for my annual bills so I still have really heavy months and Sept to November is one of those clusters.

 

If Darius decides to do something in the States , maybe he could arrange it for when the Councl give me 2 months break from Council Tax. I think it's either Feb/Mar or Mar/Apr. I'd have to dig out my bill.

Both those times would be difficult for me. I can only go when Dave is at home. It's such a pest.

I've got my sons 21st, my neices 18th and my daughters wedding...a busy expensive year

Natasha is up by 611% as well!!! I check their percentages every week and the last few weeks they have both been going down by

I think it stands for International Media Database and it's a list of screen appearances, so TV and movies.

 

I can understand Natasha's going through the roof. The new triple Species DVD special edition box set has just come out in the US and there's a Species IV film planned. So there's a lot of publicity re that where her name and picture will be turning up, especially as Natasha herself recorded a brand new commentary for the DVD set.

 

Also I've seen quite a lot of pre-season publicity for the first series of Eli Stone because it's being filmed round about now to be shown Spring 2008. It's apparently set in San Francisco so some of it will possibly be shot on location there.

 

Perhaps The Tourist is also generating some publicity.

Isnt Species being shown on russian tv at the moment also. Do you remember D had a russian model? visitor at maidstone.

I went to a car boot sale this morning and guess what I saw - A copy of Sink or Swim - So I bought it for one pound - I already have two copies but I couldnt let it sit there all lonely. I have to say that I have been to hundreds of car boots and this is the first time I have seen anything of Ds there. However I see cds etc etc of two other artistes all the time!!! so if anyone wants one plus postage!!!

I got another one in WHSmiths sale - although it was £3. I didn't need it either, it was the 'Oh look' syndrome. Still, my husband's used to me.

I went to a car boot sale a while ago and there was a copy of Rick Wallers album and I was tempted to buy it (he did have a good voice) but when I went back it was gone and I have always regretted it, dont think I would pay full price for it though.Always felt a bit sorry for him, the press treated him badly as well but he always spoke well of D.

funnily enough I was a t a boot sale yesterdsy, and saw quite a few GG items. I didnt see any darius' I have seen the CB CD once or twice, and did pick up a sink or swim..for the pricely sum of £3, but I wanted it to give to sister..as she hadnt dare read her signed copy for fear of creasing it!

Sounds like your sister is a sensible person.
