Arsenal will have mixed feelings about that I suspect .

Draw with 10 men but almost a win .

Damn! Arsenal were so close to finally winning at Etihad Stadium. City completely dominated the 2nd half so the goal was deserved but it will be a case of what might have been for Arsenal.

Had a feeling that would be 0-0 .. how wrong was I

Loads of talking points from the game. Rodri's injury looked bad.. and the game completely changed after the went off. It went from being all City to a much more even game.

Interetsing game, was a bit shocked Arsenal completely surrended all attacking threat and tried to grind the game out for 45 minutes. They'd definitely have got a chance or two if they left Saka on. That said, City were really toothless without the patterns, so I imagine that was Arteta's thinking.

Looks like Rodri has done his ACL. That's a huge loss for City, could be a real pendulum swinger in the title race if Arsenal can get to 90 points.
I don't think it will change who wins the league, City will likely drop more points than usual but they will still win the league in the end. Their annual winning streak is waiting for them towards the end of the season.
Yeh agree with Rooney, he is such a good player this could be a big moment in the title race for me!
Completely agree, seriously they could lose Haaland for the season and wouldn't be as big a deal as Rodri. The stats say it all, with him they are near invincible without him they are vulnerable.

They’re still favourites but playing Gundogan/Lewis/Kovacic is completely different there. Jay means if a team can get to 90 points it makes it more likely it will be a close race imo. Suspect they’ll end up buying someone in Jan, but I think this will have a huge impact, he’s their best player imo.

Given they sold Alvarez I think Haaland missing would be worse but either way their best player out is a huge blow plus the 10 trillion charges will almost certainly produce a points penalty so it’s wide open this season. Logic says arsenal but I got a feeling Chelsea for some reason
Also De Bruyne won’t stay fit all season either!
R.I.P Manchester City and the red & white ribbons of Arsenal going on the Premier League trophy for the first time since 2004 then, if the general concesoss comes to pass following this news.
Palmer has four goals in the first half for Chelsea today. Type of player that can win you a league title on his own

I believe Palmer is the first player ever to do that in the Premier League

Almost certainly now yes, their dreadful form isn't just this season it goes way back into last season too. Clearly a championship level coach.
What level of coach’s as he before he got his chance at Bournmouth though? His star seemed to rise very quickly!
