i prefer No Doubt cause their songs were brilliant and gwen's solo stuff is average to me

Ok - I dont want to vote because...

 

I finally found Gwen with her 2nd album has developed her own pop sound a lot more and I think it's good, interesting and I'm glad she's popular.

 

I loved No Doubt for coming up to 10 years so obviously I love them a lot.

 

So they're both as good as each other to me. :dance:

 

Though lately I found No Doubts last singles like Bathwater and It's My Life and some Rock Steady tracks not that far away from what Gwen was doing so maybe she really wanted to go down that route as a solo star and be a rock chick in No Doubt.

I'm in No Doubt that I prefer No Doubt after Gwen's second album which might have been better not to have been released and tarnish the memory of the wonderful L.A.M.B. album.

People wont suddenly stop liking LAMB because of The Sweet Escape. I actually think it's more No Doubt sounding than LAMB.

 

You really think No Doubts first album and Beacon Street are as good as their later material? They've had their not so good moments also.

I can't possibly choose, No Doubt have been going for longer and have had so many classic tracks.

 

However if Gwen carries on the way she is and keeps releasing strong albums like the past two in the future, she will overtake for me.

I can't decide becuse i like gwen by herself and with no dout so i vote null

I've said Gwen. I think No Doubt's singles are better and Gwen has never beaten the brilliance of Just A Girl, Don't Speak, Hella Good and Undrneath It All and that's why I love the singles album, but I don't think No Doubt's albums are as good overall as Gwen's. I can easily listen to one of Gwen's albums without skipping much.

No Doubt are the best thing to ever happen in music, well, haha, that is my opinion.

Gwen has some good solo material but I still think that she is much better in No Doubt, one of the reasons being for that is that No Doubt still have some great rock elements about them as a band but Gwen as a solo artist seems to have bought into the whole hip-hop market.
