Posted January 10, 200718 yr Hey Everybody Wanted to say hi and say a very Happy 2007 to you. After a very hectic year in 2006 i had a really cool and very quiet christmas at home before flying out to New Zealand to surprise my sister Nikki for New year's day! It was the first time the whole family had been there all together for 7 years so it was very special for all of us. I spent alot of time with family, seeing my old school!spending time with Nikki and catching up with friends, was so nice getting a break before i start working again. It was an amazing way to start the new year for my whole Family, i had forgotten how much i love New Zealand, brought back alot of good memories. So now i start with shooting my new video for "Sinking in" with one of my favourite directors and friend Phil Griffin. I Met Phil a few years ago when i was working in LA and we finally worked together firstt on my "Breathe in" video. I have wanted to work with him ever since and am really looking forward to shooting it. Next me and my band will be rehearsing for my tour dates coming up. First i will be doing an album launch in the Uk for "The Same side". After that Richard, Mia and myself to fly to Germany to join Raemonn on tour in a few different cities. I had an amazing time in Germany on my european tour dates at the beginning of 2006 so i can't wait to play for the german audiences again. After that we go to Holland for 4 tour dates-playing in Utrecht once again which will be very special as it will be the second time we have played there after a great experience there in 2006. As you may know i love spending time in Holland so i am counting the days before i get back there. There will be alot of work to do for the release of my new album in the Uk in March so i will be in Uk for the most part until a few dates in Spain at the beginning of March which will be awesome. We are waiting to confirm more dates around the Uk during this time too but i will let you know about those. I will be going to Australia and New Zealand in April which i can't wait for, i have not yet been to Oz even though we lived in NZ so it will be a great experience getting to know the music scene and performing for new audiences. So there you go-a quick summary for you, but will keep you posted on everything as it comes in. In the meantime i hope you are liking the tracks you have heard so far and looking forward to seeing you on the road. I will ofcourse have my big sis Mia in tow-she still cant get rid of me! Best of luck and wish you success this year, thanks for your support. lotsa love Lucie x
