But yeah that is good to see! I was actually thinking back to previous videos and I remember how eventful it was whenever we had a video premiere. I do think a video could help the song in a sense to grow more but what’s more important than anything is streaming support as it’s kinda rare now for a music video to really help sell anything without cheques to streaming sites.

"Disease" received 2,203,265 streams on its third day on Spotify, placing at #38 on Spotify Global.

It's definitely a shame this hasn't done any better out of the gate, but plenty did predict that 1) Die With A Smile and 2) The Joker would detract from this feeling like a lead single. I'm sure to many, this feels like the 2nd single, after the Bruno collab. So, all that being said, I don't think the start is any kind of disaster.

 

It's gonna be about how well this stabilises, though the Christmas onslaught in about 3 weeks time does make me worry a little for this.
