Apparently the band announced at a show in Canada that 'All That I'm Living For' will be the 3rd single off The Open Door.

 

To be honest, I think thats a bad choice. I think The Only One, Sweet Sacrifice or SWQ would do better. ATILF is most likely to flop.

All That I'm Living For SUX... but whatever, any single from this album will flop, unfortunately. TOD can't be saved now.

It'll flop anyway - nothing will save it, as long as the album keeps on selling then that's ok.

I'm afraid Evanescence is done until the next album. Wind Up really messed up.

 

Lithium could have been another "My Immortal".

 

But no, they decided to release the video for Lithium 2 months before the radio release. Horrible move. It preety much lost the momentum.

 

"All That I'm Living For" is the dead end for TOD. I wish they'd stop releasing the safer songs and just release songs like Snow White Queen, Cloud Nine, etc. This is a worse single choice than CMWYS.

It's definately true. I have the Ottawa concert in MP3 and she announced herself just before performing it.

Noo that would have been worse. Lacrymosa is an AMAZING song but it's not in the slighest radio friendly.

I don't think many of TOD tracks are.. I think SS and The Only One might have gotten away with being a single, but only just.

Yeah, cos well over 2 million album sales in a few months is such a fukkin' disaster innit....? People like you REALLY need to concentrate on the actual music, and actually deal with the fact that Evanescence are a HARD ROCK band, and always were, this "Fallen" sh!te was a total false road they went down.... If you cant deal with Amy following her original vision for the band (as opposed to Ben Moody's..), then perhaps Kelly Clarkson or Avril is more your speed, because that is NOT what Ev are and it never was...
