We've had a few instances in the past where a song being available/performed before the 1st September deadline hasn't resulted in disqualification, as it's been judged that it wouldn't have had a significant impact.....but hopefully RTCG are aware of how shit the song is and grab this opportunity to get rid whilst they can xx

though i'm not happy with how it's been dealt with, the broadcaster publicising the entry being investigated for potential grounds of breaking the rules rather than a statement after the investigation has concluded, which pretty much poured more fuel to the already terrible hate campaign towards neonoen :(
Obviously a far better option - unfortunate for NeoneoN, who could quite rightly feel stitched up, but this is at least mildly competitive for them rather than being DoA.
