This is definitely not the instant poppy kind of song, its a song with real emotion and feeling and you need to really listen to it. Of course its not everyone's cup of tea, and Dudie I think you are right is saying its a grower, one has to hear it more often.

The video is very c**p - don't like that at all.

The song doesn't strike me as a huge comeback song at all - it's very middle of the road - just a ballad like his old stuff but at least he's playing piano and it is full of emotion :wub:

Doesn't really make me want to jump up and down and scream out loud but it's not downright awful either. I can't see it being a huge hit though I really can't. :(

I am pleased you like the song, and to be honest I think most Gareth's fans and Gareth himself would be happy with a top 10 for this song. :D

 

Quite a few people said that there are lots of good songs on the album, and I have a feeling Gareth next single will be more commercial and probably upbeat. But changes means a lot to Gareth, I love the song, the more I hear it the more I love it.

Gareth is to do an interview on Jonathan Ross show on 30th March. What a treat it must be for him to finally be able to do things like this.

 

And JR is something I've longed for him to be able to do :wub: Really looking forward to hearing what he's got to say.

Next week there is the performance and the week after that is an interview. All recorded on Wednesday by the sound of things. This was on the Popworld website about the interview.

Gareth Gates the musical interview ain’t probing but it is spectacular. We are truly impressed, certainly by Gareth’s versatility. No instrument is left unplayed - except the cool-looking sitar thing, much to Gareth’s dismay. The gang all enjoyed ice cream and Gareth has agreed to go bowling later with Alex. Alexa isn’t invited. :cheer:

It does for me too but I have to be honest in saying I still don't get the jiste of who is supposed to be with who, so I just concentrate on the setting.....oh and that bloke playing the piano.

Not too sure what's going on here, but Radio 2 have added `Angel On My Shoulder' to their playlist, but not `Changes'. There definitely seem to be tracks on the album which some people prefer.

Honestly, I'm Gareth's fan, been for years and I don't really care if he will go anywhere in the chart or whatever. I can't wait for the album. Song is not so great, but Lost in you is! :D
