I heard Angel on My shoulder today too. I loved it and whilst I absolutely love Changes I wonder if Angel on My Shoulder takes the edge for radio friendliness?

 

gareth was just on the jonathon ross show and he did a great interview and was well able for jonathon

I saw it too Feel the fever and tought Gareth was fantastic, gave a good and funny interview, and well done Gareth on your speech. :cheer:

No, I don't think it was Scotty. Gareth has intimated that there is plenty of time to get his music across to people. Right at this moment I think he's more intent on letting everyone see his true personality, which no-one was able to see before because of his speech.

 

I thought he was fantastic tonight. Very funny and witty

It is the first time I've like him. He was very likeable and very funny & the single is not bad even if it is a bit of a rip-off of Radiohead's No Surprises & the video reminds me of Will Young's Leave Right Now.

 

During Pop Idol I took a natural aversion against him, because Simon Cowell & the show's producers had clearly decided that the solo Westlife wannabe was the natural winner of the show, when it was blatantly obvious that Will Young was a vastly more versatile singer, whilst Darius self-depreciating, yet determined humour & charisma came through as well.

From the look of him on the JR show I wouldn't be responsible for my own actions.

 

I'd always thought he came over as a funny, nice guy but he managed to show it really well. He was quick and witty which, as a recovering stammerer, was quite an achievement.

 

What's not to love?

Not all gone, but if he keeps up with his breathing exercises etc he is managing to keep it under control. This is the Jonathon Ross interview, in which he manages to ask some reasonably sensible questions on the subject.

 

 

 

He's got some HMV live performances and signings the week after next in Bradford, Leeds and Sheffield.

Not overly keen on this song, despite being quite pro-Gareth. :arrr:

Dindy, I think you are too late for the day with Gareth. I think that is happening this afternoon.

 

I was able to get the single from iTunes last night. Love Song is brilliant. It is a very different style to Changes, and shows off another aspect to his voice.
