Apparently, EDM's biggest festival Tomorrowland will be releasing an dance/electronic album to dedicate the legacy of the F1 driver Ayrton Senna.

Brazilian artists come together at The Gathering to celebrate the legacy of Ayrton Senna and present the Senna Driven album at Tomorrowland Brasil’s official opening party

Wednesday, September 25, 2024 – On Thursday October 10, Tomorrowland Brasil will host Senna Driven – Album Showcase at The Gathering, the festival’s official opening party at the campsite DreamVille in Itu, São Paulo. Senna Driven is a collaborative electronic music album, inspired by the values of the legendary Brazilian racing driver Ayrton Senna, with the goal of connecting fans around the world through an innovative soundtrack. Some of Brazil’s most renowned DJs, including Bruno Martini, Cat Dealers, Chemical Surf, Dubdogz, Jessica Brankka and Sevenn, will perform live at the showcase, playing unreleased tracks from the album. In addition to them, a selection of international artists, including Armin van Buuren, NERVO and Tchami, will also play some unreleased tracks during their performances at Tomorrowland Brasil 2024.

 

The project, the result of a strategic partnership between Universal Music, Senna Brands and Bulldozer Network, will officially launch on November 1, during the Formula 1 São Paulo Grand Prix. Meanwhile, Senna Driven has already been winning over a global audience, with previews of tracks in Armin van Buuren's sets at the Dutch GP Fanzone as well as Meduza on the starting grid of the Monza stage. In Brazil, some tracks were presented to the public for the first time during Rock in Rio 2024.

 

With the growing demand for authenticity and meaningful connections, Senna Driven is an innovative project that explores new possibilities for partnership. The soundtrack not only celebrates Ayrton Senna's legacy, but also reflects values of collaboration and overcoming obstacles, fundamental in the life of the driver. The union between Universal Music, Senna Brands and Bulldozer Network reinforces the impact and global reach of this release, which promises to mark the history of electronic music and the future of partnerships between brands and entertainment.
